Didi Randall's world is turned upside down when her boyfriend, Drake, is the subject of a horrible rumor on campus. In order to get their relationship back on track, Didi and Drake decide to accompany their fellow classmates on a winter cruise. But when Didi wakes up one morning and discovers that Drake is missing, she has to figure out if he went overboard by accident or if it was murder.

Winter Break is an intriguing thriller about a vacation going all the way wrong. Kayla Perrin does a good job of mixing a bit of romance with some serious suspense. Perrin also provided wonderful character development in this story. You will be glued to the pages as the twisted plot in this story unfolds. Winter Break is another winner for Kayla Perrin.
