We've also recently started a Yahoo Group! We hope to have all of you join and participate. The purpose of the group will be exclusively to converse about, promote, and inform each other on anything related to AA Fiction. We will eventually have exclusive giveaways ONLY among group members. | In addition to the two reviewers we added in April, we have ANOTHER BRAND NEW REVIEWER on the site! Please join us in welcoming LASHONDA to the Urban Reviews team! She will be providing book reviews for the site. We wanted to expand our review base by adding someone who could review Sci-Fi/Horror/Paranormal books by Black Authors, and Lashonda was the perfect candidate. Her first review will be in July, so stay tuned! We have also provided a scale to help with interpreting the ratings on the site now. The best way for us to gain additional exposure is to vote for our reviews on Amazon.com website. This will help push our reviews to the spotlight position. We only ask that you vote for the reviews that you deem helpful (hopefully they all are, but you never know!). Below is the link to a listing of the books reviewed by us. We will be discontinuing this mailing list as of July 1st.
As an alternative, we are asking EVERYONE to please sign up for our Yahoo Group! We have over 50 people signed up for the Yahoo Group now and have been sending THE FORTHCOMING and links to relevant articles as well. We have also started some dialogue on related topics amongst members.
