Sponsorship Opportunities for the 16th Annual Great Midwest Book Fest : June 22, 2024

 




Below are the different sponsorship opportunities that are available for this year’s book fest. Please contact me at radiah@urban-reviews.com if you are interested. The size of the program book is 8.5 x 11 letter size and is in full color. All ads must be 300 dpi in quality. All sponsors will be listed in the Great Midwest Book Fest program as well as online marketing. All ads and promo items are due no later than June 1, 2024


Author and Literary Sponsorships



Inside Front Cover : $250 : One page ad inside front cover. Includes two months of free Author of the Week advertising that will be featured on urbanreviewsonline.com website as well as Twitter, Instagram, Threads,Facebook, and Tik Tok.


Back Cover : $200: One page ad back cover. Includes a one page ad in the Great Midwest Book Fest program book and one month of free Author of the Week advertising that will be featured on urbanreviewsonline.com website as well as Twitter, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, and Tik Tok.



Platinum Sponsor : One page ad : $125 : Includes a one page ad in the Great Midwest Book Fest program book and one month of free Author of the Week advertising that will be featured on urbanreviewsonline.com website as well as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok ($100 value)




Silver Sponsor : Half page ad : $100 : Includes a half page ad in the Great Midwest Book Fest program book and 3 weeks of free Author of the Week advertising that will be featured on urbanreviewsonline.com website as well as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok. ($75 value)


Gold Sponsor : Donate either a minimum 10 books or promo items for the SWAG bags . Promo items and be promo cards, bookmarks, etc. Includes 2 weeks of free Author of the Week advertising that will be featured on urbanreviewsonline.com website as well as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok. ($50 value)


Bronze Sponsor : Donate one signed copy of your book to be featured in the Great Midwest Book Fest giveaway basket. Includes 1 week of free Author of the Week advertising that will be featured on urbanreviewsonline.com website as well as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok. ($25 value)


Non-Literary Sponsorships

 

If you have a business that you would like to promote to our attendees please contact Radiah Hubbert at radiah@urban-reviews.com. It can be any type of promo items including gift cards to your business, business cards, etc. In return, your logo and website will be included in all Great Midwest Book Fest marketing.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES - HOW TO GET YOUR BOOK REVIEWED

Submission Guidelines  (as of October 24, 2025) - 1. To be considered for a book review, a book description (think Amazon.com or the back of the book), copy of book cover image (if available), AND excerpt of your book must be sent via email to books@urban-reviews.com. Please put the book description in the body of the email. You must submit at least a first chapter excerpt, but feel free to send the first 2 or 3 chapters if available. The excerpt must be a whole chapter, not a paragraph, and not one page. If a full chapter isn't received, then your submission will be rejected. An entire chapter is required so that we can get an accurate feel of the author's writing. If your book is accepted for review, we will email you of our interest and forward our mailing address. We will not send emails asking if the book has been sent or if you have received our initial email asking you to send the book.
